Opening Ceremony & VIP Party: The official excitement begins Thursday evening with the Opening Ceremony at 5:30pm in the Stop Zero Beach Cantina parking lot. From 6-8pm, VIP ticket holders enjoy food and drinks inside, while the party spills over to the Washington Park Boardwalk for a live performance by Dave Zane's The Bigger Picture from 7-11pm.
