Unwind with a Candlelight Sound Journey at Anam Cara Counseling, facilitated by Kira Hyatt of Nourished Spirit. This 75-minute session offers Kira's personal interpretation of the Chakana, an ancient Andean symbol representing three realms: the Lower World of roots and inner depths, the Middle World of everyday life and relationships, and the Upper World of expanded awareness.

Crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, gong, drums, rattles, chimes, and other world instruments guide participants through each realm using sound, vibration, and silence. There's nothing to do but rest and listen. Mats, bolsters, and blankets are provided, so simply wear comfortable clothing and bring anything else that helps you settle in. Space is limited.
