For a truly special night out, Shady Creek Winery's 5-Course Pairing Dinner brings together the talents of Chef Brian Davis and Winemaker Jimmy Lynch for an interactive evening where great food and great wine take center stage. Guests are welcomed with seating and a welcome beverage at 5:30pm, with dinner beginning at 6pm.

The menu features five thoughtfully crafted courses: Amuse Bouche Pea and Mint Crostini with Lemon Zest, Shaved Asparagus Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette, English Pea Soup, Pan Seared Salmon with Spring Vegetables, and Strawberry Shortcake with Vanilla Whipped Cream.
